3. Pause and breathe
Take five quiet minutes to sit and breathe. Gentle self-talk can help, such as: “I’m learning as I go,” or “I can meet this moment calmly.”

Everyone makes mistakes. Offer yourself understanding, release what’s weighing on you, and move forward at your own pace.

5. Journal for clarity
