We begin with a virtual 90-minute Intake & Insight session, where you'll have space to share what's been causing discomfort and what you want to experience instead. Together, we'll explore your patterns, clarify your goals, and begin creating a calmer, more aligned path forward.

You'll also learn and practice a simple emotional regulation technique and experience a guided hypnosis session.

To get the most out of your sessions, you'll need:

A quiet, private space where you can be physically comfortable

A charged phone, tablet, or computer with internet access

Earbuds or headphones (strongly recommended)

Zoom, FaceTime, or Facebook Messenger video

You'll receive a customized self-hypnosis recording after your session to support and deepen the work you are doing.

Additional sessions are shaped by your progress and needs, and may include continued coaching, hypnotherapy, or both—supporting insight, regulation, and lasting change over time.
sessions, fees & payment
After a brief, mandatory, 15-minute consultation, your first Intake & Insight session is 90 minutes and costs $125. This includes your personalized self-hypnosis recording for ongoing support.

Subsequent sessions are 1 hour at $75. each, designed to keep your progress steady and sustainable.
​
Payments are securely processed through PayPal (you do not need an account to pay) Venmo, or Zelle.
