ABOUT
seeing through your own lens
When I begin my workshops, I ask participants to describe an object or place as a haiku (Japanese-style poem). Invariably, each poem is unique, showing how our experiences shape the way we see the world. Someone who is allergic to strawberries will have a very different haiku than someone who savors them—illustrating how perspective is shaped by lived experience.
I've always been fascinated in human behavior— why some people doubt themselves, why habits persist, and whether thoughts can truly change a life.
I help people develop self-awareness and clarity around beliefs and patterns that either support or limit their full self-expression. Together we dismantle limiting stories and build practices that gently and sustainably support your well-being.
why I do this work
Like everyone, I've had self-critical thoughts, uncomfortable emotions, and habits I needed to change. Working with a therapist and later a weight-loss coach helped me explore my emotional responses, develop self-love, and embrace healthier habits.

Feeling called to help others the way I had been helped, I trained and certified as a life coach, hypnotherapist, and community healthcare worker.

Now I guide individuals toward empowered, authentic versions of themselves—and create uplifting tools and products to support ongoing personal growth.

If you're ready to feel better in your own skin, I'm here to help you reconnect with your true self and begin your journey of evolution.

People are naturally whole and good born with innate resources and potential.
Everyone experiences their own unique peaks and valleys on their life journey.
Life (and everyone) is an ever-changing, creative process.
Sustainable well-being is supported by self-awareness, self-compassion, self-love, self-responsibility, self-belief, community, connection, and a clear vision of what one wants to feel, wants more of, and/or wants instead.
With practice, anyone can cultivate skills and habits that support personal, natural, and whole well-being.
Every person on this earth offers an opportunity to see ourselves more clearly— our strengths, what we still need to learn, and how we show up in the world.
There is always help available—no one is ever alone.
Principles assume that basic needs are met and that the person is in a safe place.
