Each class is designed to support meaningful self-development through greater self-awareness, emotional understanding, mindset shifts, and practical tools for lasting change. This is a wonderful opportunity to reflect, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with more clarity and confidence in a supportive & welcoming environment. Please note: there is no pressure to share anything, you can simply show up and learn.

Class: How to Find Your Inner Calm
Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stressed, or like your mind never stops?
This interactive class is designed to help you slow down, breathe, and reconnect with the calmer version of yourself beneath all the uncomfortable emotions.
Through coaching, mindfulness, and hypnotherapy, you will learn how to navigate through the discomfort, practice simple tools to calm your mind and body, and feel more grounded and centered in everyday life. This is a great opportunity to acquire skills that will help you now and throughout your life.

Class: How to Create Habits that Support Your Well-Being
Do you keep falling back into the same habits, patterns, or behaviors even when you know they are not helping you? You are so much stronger than your old habits!
Whether it is smoking, emotional eating, procrastination, negative self-talk, or something else, this interactive class will help you understand why habits happen and how to begin changing them from the inside out.
Through coaching, mindfulness, and hypnotherapy, you will learn how to create healthier habits that actually last.

Class: Learn How Move Beyond Insomnia & Sleep Well
Do you struggle to fall asleep, stay asleep, or quiet your mind at night?
If stress, worry, racing thoughts, or an overactive mind keep you awake, this interactive class is for you.
Through coaching, mindfulness, and hypnotherapy, you will learn simple ways to calm your nervous system, relax your body, and create better sleep habits so you wake up feeling more rested and restored.

Class: Wholly Me
We all have parts of ourselves that we like and parts that we don't care for. All of these parts make up who we are and help us create even better versions of ourselves - whatever that is.
This interactive class will help you gain clarity around the parts that bring you joy and the parts that are holding you back from being the full beautiful expression of who you came here to be.
Through coaching, mindfulness, and hypnotherapy, you will leave feeling more clear, confident, and loving toward yourself.

Class: Using Mindfulness & Self-Talk for Positive Change
The way we speak to ourselves matters. Our inner dialogue can either support our development or keep us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, and disconnected from our true power. In this interactive class you will learn how self-awareness without judgment, curiosity, acceptance, and pausing in the moment will help you step back and create the self-talk that propels you forward in your life.
